Feezza is a wellness application, not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. While we take data security seriously and implement strong protections, the health information you share with Feezza is not protected under HIPAA. Do not use Feezza as a substitute for professional medical record-keeping.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may request data export, deletion, correction, or details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected by emailing privacy@feezza.ai with the subject line “CCPA Request”. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 calendar days.
