As a Data Fiduciary under the DPDPA, we process your personal data only with your consent and honour your rights to access, correct, and erase it.
Our designated Grievance Officer, Jassie Kaur, acknowledges grievances within 48 hours at privacy@feezza.ai and resolves them within 90 days.
Your data is transferred to the United States for processing. Safeguards include TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 encryption, contractual DPAs with processors, row-level access isolation, audit logging, and 72-hour breach notification to the Data Protection Board of India.
