Supplements our Privacy Policy.
If you access Feezza from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the UK GDPR apply to our processing of your personal data, and the following terms apply to you in addition to the rest of this policy. Feezza is currently designed for India, the United States, and Canada; if you are an EEA/UK/Swiss resident, please review this section carefully before using the Service.
Data Controller & Representative
Feezza Inc. is the data controller for your personal data. Feezza Technologies Pvt. Ltd., our Indian subsidiary, is currently being incorporated; until incorporation is complete, Feezza Inc. remains the data controller. Where required by Article 27 GDPR / UK GDPR, our designated EU/UK representative can be reached at privacy@feezza.ai with the subject line “GDPR Representative”. If you would like the postal details of our appointed representative, contact us at that address and we will provide them.
Legal Bases for Processing
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for optional features, marketing emails, and — for your health, dietary, and other special-category data — your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to create and operate your account and provide the features you request.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our features — balanced against your rights.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable law.
Your GDPR Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase (“right to be forgotten”), restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You can exercise these rights in-app (Profile > Delete Account, Health Coach > Data Export, and your consent settings) or by emailing privacy@feezza.ai. We respond within one month, as required by GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, including the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or your national Data Protection Authority in the EEA.
International Data Transfers
Your data is processed in the United States and other countries by us and our processors, including Microsoft Azure, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, Replit, Stripe, and others listed in this policy. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with our processors’ Data Processing Agreements. A copy of the relevant safeguards is available on request.
Automated Processing
Feezza uses AI to generate wellness insights and suggestions. These are informational only and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR; you can always disregard a suggestion and speak to a qualified professional.
